I don’t know about you, but when I started this journey towards becoming a blogger and affiliate marketer, I had no idea there was so much involved behind the scenes beyond writing articles and working on the appearance of your website!

Boy was I wrong!

When I first started my journey towards launching Intricate Grace, I ran into a ton of questions that no doubt a lot of bloggers faced when starting their websites.

One of the main ones: What are the legalities involved?

I knew from so many Google searches and visits to other people’s blogs that there was typically a whole footer section dedicated to the legal end of things and quickly found myself familiar with the phrases “terms and conditions” and “privacy policy” but I didn’t know if this was truly something I HAD to have on my blog, or if it was mainly just for decoration.

1. What was your problem before you bought these templates?

The problem I was faced with before finding these awesome legal templates was that I didn’t want to do something illegal, even unintentionally, when I started promoting affiliate links.

My goal is to monetize my blog and I know there are plenty of risks I could run into unless I first implement the right protections to my website.

2. What were the biggest fears and obstacles that stood in your way? Describe your emotional state to relate with others

Knowing that because they’re legal, I can have peace of mind in monetizing my blog, give out information that is my opinion only, and keep my website a safe place for others to visit.

5. How easy and quick were the legal templates to customize and use?

It’s said right on aselfguru’s website that these templates are super easy to customize, but holy cow! It was so easy and effortless. I really appreciated that I didn’t run into any issues at all.

6. What kept you from buying the legal templates sooner?

I worried about purchasing any kind of templates simply because there’s so much fraud out in the world, and so much that boasts to be so much more than it is.

7. Were you trying to write your own legal pages? Tell us about your experience BEFORE you purchased these templates.

At first I thought that maybe I should write my own, or wondered if it was even legal to do so!

Then I thought, theres no way EVERYONE who started a blog has paid hundreds if not thousands of dollars to a lawyer just to get these legal pages on their websites! But maybe I was wrong?

I did my research and found that it sure enough IS illegal to just write your own, and definitely illegal to copy and paste someone else’s.

So I had to find what I could do without dishing out tons of money, and this is what I found. I’m happy to say it was super easy!

8. How was your experience AFTER you purchased these templates? The emotions you felt?

I felt relieved. I felt more official.

I just feel more confident that my blog is up to par and that I’m able to now pursue my goals without worry.

9. What exactly did you like most about the legal templates, and did you like the free bonuses that were included?

I liked the ease of use.

It was so easy to just fill in the blanks and then apply the information right to your site!

I love that she even tells you how to post them in case you’re a super beginner in the blogging world.

The bonuses were also awesome because I found out that I got an opportunity to get my first affiliate link through this process which can even go as far as to pay back the cost of the templates themselves. It’s a win-win.

10. Why would you recommend this to someone who might be on the fence?

Because I’m a total skeptic and if I feel this much relief and confidence that this is something that will truly help protect me and my business, then anyone can.

It’s worth it in general, but if you’re trying to monetize anything with your site, you want to be protected in doing so.

There are so many laws out there that are surprisingly not easy to find out about unless you do a ton of research, so that’s kinda scary if you just do whatever and then find out later you have a big fine because you broke a law you didn’t know about.

11. What was your main concern that would have prevented you from buying this, and what put your fears to rest?

My main concern was definitely worry about it being legitimately legal. But thankfully a lot of others purchased this ahead of me, and I’ve personally seen it promoted for years, so in the end I felt safe to go for it. The ease of use and knowing a lot of other blogs use it also is ultimately what put my fears to rest.

12. If you were to recommend the legal templates to your best friend, what would you say?

I’d say it’s worth doing. I actually recommended this bundle to my mom, who is also building a website where she intends to sell her children’s books and other products.

13. What made you trust the legal templates over any competitor?

Mainly the consistency in positive reviews and the fact that it shows up on the main page of Google.

14. Do you feel it was a great value for the money as compared to hiring a lawyer?

I know hiring a lawyer is a tedious process and an expensive one. Then who knows how quickly you can get the documents you need? It just didn’t feel like a viable option for me, especially in a smaller town.

15. Why do you think having these legal pages before you launch your blog or website is important and how do you feel after having it? (does it give you peace of mind, do you sleep better knowing your business is protected, breathe a sigh of relief, etc?)

It’s important to have before because then there’s no room for issues to arise later because you weren’t protected from the start. It’s just smart.

16. What does your day look like now? Describe a day in the life “after” purchasing the legal templates and how you go about your day.

My days are now focused on just writing valuable content, knowing that I’m safe not accidentally portraying myself as an authority figure in giving advice i’m not allowed to give, and that my articles are my own opinions. I also know that I can start promoting products without any fear of repercussions since I did my part in protecting my site.

17. Did you become an affiliate for my legal templates? Why did you decide to become one?

Yes I did. I decided to do it easily because I launched my blog to do just that!

I want it to be a place where I can share stories and also a platform to become an affiliate marketer. It’s an exciting prospect.
