A woman who can cry her eyes out at an epic romance, but be equally efficient skinning an elk while sipping whiskey.

This is where Grace meets Grit– life’s messy, wild, yet beautiful moments, and how we walk through them with strength and a touch of stubborn determination.

You may have found yourself here through a midnight Pinterest scroll, or perhaps through one of our many rugged outdoor gear recommendations, either way, we’re so glad you’re here!

I founded this blog as a lifestyle corner crafted to cover the intricacies of everyday life, but I want to narrow this down a bit more to showcase that we here at Intricate Grace are women who embody both fire and softness.

We embrace life’s messy and wild moments, and navigate these moments with strength, stubborn determination, and soul.

Why “Intricate Grace” you ask?

Let’s be real, our modern world is overflowing with shiny, surface-level lifestyle blogs that in my opinion leave you feeling inadequate.

This is where we stand apart.

Our little corner of the internet was born when I was a first-time mom trying to hold my life together, all while feeling like I was falling apart. Literally.

At a time where I wished I was anyone but who I was! Especially some hot, badass woman and mother that some of my close friends totally seemed to be. They all had it together.. or so I thought, but why didn’t I?

I just wanted to be a good mom and wife, as well as help provide for our family, and also be strong; structured but soft, be able to handle spontaneity, feel spiritual, have success, but also be SANE! Is that too much to ask!? 😉

If I’m being totally honest, all of this felt completely and utterly impossible.

Throughout these challenging moments, I realized it’s not entirely about balance but more so bravery.

It’s not about showcasing that “perfect” life; it’s about living in a deeply fulfilling, and deeply connected one.

I’d say it was during this little epiphany that the vision of Intricate Grace came to life.

It was when I attempted to understand the complexities of being a mother, wife, and woman– excelling at each while having a wild spirit that I learned that Grace doesn’t mean EASE, and Grit doesn’t mean FRIGID. This blog has evolved into learning to find the beauty in both!

What you’ll discover here:

Going forward, we want you to expect content that is first, honest, then empowering, but most of all, fully ROOTED in real life.

We’re not going to sugar-coat anything.

We simply want to provide wisdom that you can carry with you– like a pocket knife, or even a heartfelt prayer.

We’ll be covering women who thrive in the wild, under open skies, who love exploring and hunting, shooting, and all things outdoor!

We’ll also be creating some gear guides tailored to the beginner outdoor enthusiast, tactical tools, prepping for mindset, and tell some stories from trailblazers you’ll be stoked to learn from (we know we are!).

Everyday Intricate Living: (REAL, Raw, and most of all? RELATEABLE!)

Here, we plan to provide some practical, and serious sanity-saving, hacks for both the home and the mental headspace! All with the goal to find beauty in the chaos.

Marriage & Relationships:

Honest discussions about all things relationships! Marriage tips, communication tools, and real stories from real couples.

Motherhood:

Strength incarnate. A space for moms raising gritty girls and gentle boys! Real talk about sacrifice, and self-preservation!

Soul Endeavors:

Faith, Inner Strength, and Identity. Content that covers inner fire, faith, fears, and our advice on nourishing the soul—providing insights to spiritual strength.

What exactly sets us apart?

We blend the Feminine and the Fierce… Seriously, you DON’T HAVE TO CHOOSE; Ladies, you CAN be both!!!

REAL over perfection: We mess-up, like ALL THE TIME, and we triumph maybe more than we might think! We’ll share it all.

Monetization with INTENTION: Meaning, we will only recommend products we actually believe in, and will never just offer fluff to try and earn a quick buck.
